How to Check Oopbuy QC Photos

A repeatable QC checklist helps you decide whether to keep, exchange or return a warehouse item.

Match the received item to the order

Start with the basics: product model, selected color, size label and quantity. Compare the warehouse photos with both the order details and the seller listing. A visually similar item may still be the wrong variant.

Check whether accessories, removable parts or promised packaging are visible. If they are not shown, request a clear photo before assuming they were included.

Inspect visible construction and condition

Review the item from multiple angles. Look for uneven stitching, glue marks, scratches, dents, color differences, misaligned details and damage caused during domestic shipping. Zoom in, but remember that lighting can affect color.

For clothing, compare the measurement photo with the size chart when one is available. A label alone does not confirm the actual dimensions of the garment.

Make the decision before the return deadline

List any concern specifically when requesting another photo. Asking for a close-up of a logo, sole, seam or measurement is more useful than requesting a general extra picture.

Check the seller return window and possible domestic return fee. Approve the item only after the important details are visible, because international returns are generally not practical after parcel shipment.
